How do I book a simulator session?

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personal access code.
What do I need to do to book?
Select how many hours you want (click the matching hour icon).
Select the number of players (there’s no extra charge for additional players).
Choose your day and time from the calendar.
Add the booking to your basket and pay online.
💡 We recommend booking and paying for one session at a time to avoid any issues.

Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. All bookings are paid online at the time of booking to secure your slot.
How far in advance should I book?
During busy periods (winter and summer holidays), we recommend booking 2–7 days ahead.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations or changes are accepted up to 24 hours before your session. Please contact us by phone or email.
Do you have reception staff?
No — OhMyGolf uses a code-based entry system.
How do I enter the building?
Your booking email contains your personal access code.

Can I arrive early?
Yes. Your code works up to 15 minutes before your booking.
If another customer is still playing, just let them know you’re there so they don’t shut the system down.
Should I arrive early?
Yes — we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle in and start on time.
What if I arrive late?
We’ll do our best to help, but your end time may still apply if another booking follows yours.
Do I need to bring anything?
No — clubs and balls are provided.
We have:
Men’s, women’s, and junior clubs
Left- and right-handed options
You’re welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.
💡 Downloading the Trackman app (link to be added) lets you log in and save your data.
Are there age or experience limits?
No. All ages and abilities are welcome. Beginners and non-golfers are actively encouraged.
Do I need to turn anything on?
If the simulator is already running:
You can walk straight in and start playing using the touchscreen.
If everything is switched off:
You may need to turn things on in this order:
Lights – switches on the right as you enter, plus around the back
Computer – press the square power button on the tower
Touchscreen – press the power button
Projector – turn on using the white remote
Once everything is on, use the touchscreen to:
Practice
Play a course
Try the games
If Trackman isn’t running, restart it by double-clicking the Trackman icon on the desktop.
You can play as a guest, or log in via the Trackman mobile app.

How do I finish my session?
If another customer is coming in:

Can I see my performance data later?
Yes — if you logged in with the Trackman app, your data will be saved to your account.
Can I book more time straight away?
Yes, if the simulator is available. Book instantly online or on-site.
How do I get out?
There’s a white exit button to the left of the main door (about 1.4m high).

What if I forget something?
